Psych eval update...

Not crazy! I was very worried about Dr. Stote, but it went very well, I thought, and he said he thought I would be one of the better candidates for the surgery and he gave me the OK. I'm so relieved! Now I just need to get that letter and records from my PCP and I'm ready to submit everything. I'm annoyed with him because I saw my PCP on the 5th and he said he'd have it by that weekend. I will give his office a call tomorrow. Dr. Stote gave me something he called the "face sheet" to include in my insurance package, but he said I should call the office tomorrow to be sure that is all they need. I'd love to get the last of this stuff together and submit it sometime this coming week. Hope everyone has had a good day, and happy Friday tomorrow!! Kim
