Hot Tub & Hot Tea

First, an update.... I got the attorney appointment over and will be progressing on that situation in the very near future. Because that sister is also a post-op and has friends who are....I don't know who may or may not be lurking here so I'm not gonna show my hand just yet. We'd like to think that only our friends come on here, but we all know better. So....I'll fill you all in at the Tub & Tea or I'll drop you a line if you posted to my post. Next... Between this crap with my sister and all the medical stuff with my son, I am SO ready for a dose of Hoosier Loosers!! The Tub & Tea will start ~6pm and go till whenever. I have a real knack (fault?) of over-cooking when hosting stuff so....your swimsuit & towel should be about all you need. If you have a specialty dish that you can't wait to exhibit or some yummy crackers that are out of this world (Carmen... ), by all means, bring it. We'll find a spot on the table(s) for it. If you do plan to bring anything, please let me know what (so I can make sure we have plenty of everything...don't want to run out of shrimp, etc..lol). One thing I could use someone to bring is individual Crystal Light packets. I don't like them myself (darn taste buds). I don't want to go buy them and be stuck with a bunch of them. So if you wouldn't mind sharing.... I've been keeping a list of who all has replied that they were coming. I will send out an email tonight or in the morning with our address & phone number. Please confirm if you still plan on coming & how many will be coming. If you need directions, call my house number. My husband Bill is wonderful at giving Indy directions and could most likely steer you away from all this Super 70 junk. To those who haven't responded: If I have your email address, you're getting the note too! Just in case you meant to respond and forgot. To everyone else: If you'd like to come, drop me an email at [email protected]. Pre-op, post-op, male, female, doesn't matter. Would like for it to be all adults however. Now...if you are shy & don't want to get in the tub, that is fine...BUT...remember, we all were/are morbidly obese so please don't let your weight stop you, ok? You will be among those who know exactly what you see in the mirror every day. Each person there is or was a BBW or BHM (Big Beautiful Woman/Big Handsome Man)! It does look like it's going to be a pretty good group coming. Don't no one shoot me but I am so glad it cooled off some! I was afraid it would be 80 degrees and no one would think a tub sounded good. So...let's have alot of fun!!! Hmmm...Annual events.....Let's see.... Sherri, so sorry I can't make the Tub & Tea, already had plans with mom for 2 days Crop till you Drop weekend. A weekend for my OH campers and friends would be an awesome thing, and hey, we got a pool too! We have tent sites, RV sites of all kinds, and Kabins for those who arent' really into camping but want to join us just the same. When do you think you would want to come and camp? To avoid busy weekends avoid these dates: 5/11-12 our Come Camp and Care Weekend - it's a fundraising weekend any one is welcome to come any way, but I'll be swamped Memorial Day Weekend The whole week of July Fourth 7/21-22 our Christmas in July Weekend 8/17-18 our Flea Market weekend Labor Day Weekend 9/14-15 our Gospel Weekend and 10/5-6 our Murder Mystery Weekend All the above dates I would be VERY busy and unable to hang out with y'all, but otherwise I can hang out most other dates. I'll set it up and our group will get a special rate! Let me know and take a poll this weekend. Hope

Melanie, I just wanted to let you know that i am so sorry , I did not realize that you had posted on Sherri's thread about a hoosier losers passion party! I have one lined up and would like for you to come as well, I hope that you understand!If you still plan on having one, I am sure that I along with some others would like to come too! Sherri, Brenda and I would love to host the Christmas Ornament Exchange at our house this year. Really looking forward to the Hot Tub & Tea tomorrow. I went shopping for a new swim suit. Got a green one for St. Patrick's Day. Unbelievable that I had to buy it in the boys department. Floyd

Sherri, Thanks in advance for hosting the Tea and Tub - Dana & I are looking forward to it!!! I doubt he'll do the hot tub- but he does like to surprise me. hanging with the guys is his idea of a good time. Sounds like we have some great ideas for get togethers- and ummmm- "passion party", does that include massages, pedicures, manicures, facials, bra fitting, sleeze wear, etc???? HEE-HEE!!!! Oh yeah, lets go camping at Hope's. I think anytime in late July early August before school etc. starts would be great for most of us, Hope. Wouldn't it be wonderful to spend a weekend together sharing fun and fellowship? Sounds good to me!( Although Dana & I may make a mid-week trip up that way-just cause. We can't wait to start camping out- woo~hoo!!! We can't do last week of June or first week of July- gone to be with our daughter & family in Minn. It is our annual trip, and with them 500 miles away & both working, it is always planned. Have fun though-K?!!
