My Dad Passed Away

I just recieved the phone call... My dad passed away earlier this afternoon... @ 30 - 45 minutes ago. In mixed feelings I'm glad that the suffering is done. But my heart hurts knowing he is permantly gone. So I'll be leaving here in a few minutes to head to Michigan for the arrangements and to be able to view him before the cremation.

Bless your heart. My prayers are with you. It is so hard for a little girl to lose her Daddy. No matter how old we are, we will always be his little girl. He is our first love and the man by which we measure all others. I hope you can feel the (((hug))) that comes with this. Be strong, Annette

So sorry to hear that Jo. At least you can acknowldge that he is no longer suffering. Be careful on your trip and do take care of yourself!
