TGIF EVERYONE!! We have so many approvals and surgery dates approaching! How exciting! I can remember the excitement of posting and letting everyone know I was approved and scheduling a date! Seems like just yesterday even thought it was almost 8 months ago. I am officially on my first MAJOR plateau I have realized. I am bouncing around the same 3 pounds and have been for the past month. So close to Onderland but not quite there. Looks like I need to up the water and protein. I'm hoping to get out and exercise some with the warmer weather but it's hard when I don't get home from work till so late. Eric just joined a gym near our new home so I might look into joining there. Hope everyone has a great weekend! I should be around the house just trying to relax. I know I am on the hunt for a new pair of jean and brown dress flats for work. I'll be shopping it looks like! Sam

Good Morning Sam and everyone, Sam- Great new pic! You are too cute!!! Have fun shopping this weekend! Linda- Congrats on BINGO!!! I hope everyone is having a great day and enjoys the warmer weather. I can not wait for the weather to be warm! I had my check up with my Bariatric Surgeon yesterday regarding my hernia. He said the net time he sees me, we will be in the OR!! I see Dr. Grasse on the 19th for my PS appt for the paaniculectomy, so hopefully I will be having a date here in the next couple of weeks! I am a little scared about having anymore surgeries, after the ordeal with my last surgery, but I am ready to get it all over with and be full circle on my journey! I am off enjoying my day today! My son has a 1/2 day and I am officially on Spring Break from Ivy Tech! I need that right now, it has been a crazy month or so for me! I will be enjoying the quiet! Hopoe everyone is doing well! Congrats on all of the new approvals and upcoming surgeries! Hugz Dawn

Hello! Happy Friday! We are going to go pick up a pooch from the Humane Society this afternoon. We will be fostering him/her for a wee****il the next transport to rescue. I am excited, and glad to help out. It's always fun to have a visitor. (We have fostered before.) I got out from 220 yesterday, when the scale finally slid down to 219. To be in the teens! Woohoo! I haven't been there since I was pregnant with my son 10 years ago. I am feeling so much better since I started getting more protein in. Sam - I like your new picture! Linda - Congrats on the BINGO, you lucky-lady! Jessyca - We'll be counting down with you! Take care, Linda Vicory

Good morning everyone! It sure seems like a nice day outside. I might venture out for another secret walk. I really don't see what harm the walking would do me. I'm not doing my old 3.5 miles, and I'm certainly not running any of it. But I'm just going to keep my walking adventures to myself anyway. Of course, someone will have to stop hiccuping before I can go- it tickles! That's really great that you're fostering a dog Linda. I'm a firm believer in shelter / homeless animal adoption. We got our lab mix from a rescue shelter, and our two german sheppard mixes came from a house near my dad's who has not figured out how to get their poor dog fixed and is constantly pregnant, and then they just give the puppies away. What they dont find homes for they just turn loose . Mutts really are the best anyway That really suck on the plateau Sam. My scales hasn't moved in months, but well, not a lot I can do about that yet eh? At least I didn't gain much, and it loks like as pregnancy is ending, my scale is starting to slip down a couple of pounds (hooray!). Grats on the bingo money Linda. My mom loved Bingo, and we loved to play together for the short time I was old enough to play with her. I think after a walk I'll get a couple of more boxes of stuff packed up (with hubby's help of course). The more we have packed before ms. thing shows up, the easier it will be.
