I just got off the phone with Gail. Her modem had went out on her pc but should be replaced/repaired soon. She wanted me to let you all know that she misses you all and can't wait to be able to get back online. It sounded like she was doing pretty good physically..just trying to get enough protein in. Thanks for the update. I always worry about that girl when I don't see her posting.

I forgot to tell you all that I stopped by and saw Gail last week and she looked great. I had a good visit with her and her daughter. I can really see the weight loss and she seemed to be pretty happy. I know she misses everyone and wishes she could stop being sick all the time. She is such a sweet lady and has the cutest dog in the world. (but the dog thinks I'm evil) LOL Blessings, Carmen

I did mention it to her and she would like to come. I think she lives on the south/south-west side of town. Would anyone over there like to volunteer to pick her up & bring her home? Linda Kay...I spoke with Gail again tonight & she said she had lots of stuff for the bags. I suggested she talk with you...

I havent been doing the bags again for a long time.. I do not thabe the ability to get up to St V as often as people are having surgery. I really do think I should turn the job over to someone who lives up North and has the ability to visit more than I do.. I am a baby and do not drive the interstate. The exchange in KOKOMO I took about 10 bags for everyone to take so they would have one for newbies.. I will be bringing all the leftovers and bags to the next exchange... It was fun while it lasted but when you are over an hour away with a sick hubby and a full time job it is just next to impossible to welcome in everyone.. I would not have been able to do the job before had it not been for Deb Noel who actually did all the driving me around. Love ya, Linda

Linda, I can definately understand that. We appreciate all the time & work that you had done on them! Any volunteers? Remember that it doesn't have to be just 1 person. If you can/will do it, please let Linda know & let her know which hospital(s) you'd be able to get to ok. If you have any questions, I'm sure Linda wouldn't mind helping you get started. Sherri

HI sherri and Linda, Can we start a new topic and explain a little more about what is needed and how it works. How do you get the stuff? What kind of time commitment? Tania
