My Revision experience in Mexico

Hello fellow Hoosiers, Sorry i have been here to update you all but i can not sit here long and usually post on the main board. My experience or nightmare in Mexico is on my profile if you are interested in reading it. It is not sugar coated and it is the truth. I am feeling much better now although today is rough. My incision is open and huge and will take months to heal. It is right below my breasts and is about 13-14 inches long now and not as deep as it was. it looks like the green smiling face to the right this one I am going to be ok (i hope) still have issues but the Dr. said if i can get my strength back i can go back to work in 2-3 more weeks. Val, I am glad to see you posting here on the Indiana board! I have posted to you on the main board, and hope that one day we can meet you and John, perhaps at our upcoming Indiana clothing exchange in april! I am so sorry that you had to go through all of this, and wish you the best, on your new revision and new journey! Hi Dawn, Thanks for the welcome. I hope to meet you too and maybe i will be able to come to the clothing exchange,it depends on how healed i am. We are having an OH Family Reunion Memorial day weekend (Saturday) here in HUntington near Ft. Wayne and would LOVE it if you came and brought friends John had a great time in Muncie but he did not stay long.Nervous to leave me i guess Love Val

Hi Carla, Thank you for your sweet words It sure makes me feel good today. I am getting my strength back slowly but surely but i have a bad pain today and yesterday. i guess it is par of the healing process. This could have been alot worse and i can say i am glad it happened to me and not someone else .I would not wish this on anyone. You take care..Love Val

My dear I have been following you via the Main Board ever since you went to Mexico. You and John have been in my prayers also. How are you really doing emotionally, would you do this again going where you did? I was really worried about you, but we have an awesome God and I knew that you would be brought through all this because He has plans for you in the future. Take care and get back to me when you can.
