Back to see Dr. Clark this afternoon

Monday night I was getting my jammies on when I noticed a lump about the size of a small potato on my right side. Since then, it has protruded more. I saw the nurses at the Bariatric center yesterday and they called an got me in with Dr. Clark this afternoon. Of course they had never seen anything like this happen before!!! He's guessing it's around my port, but not sure if it's fluid accumulation from irriation, a blot clot, or infection. We've pretty much ruled out infection since I feel fine, it's not sore, and I don't have a fever. If he tells me he has to go back in, I think I might cry. I'm supposed to have the kids this weekend and my Mom is in Hawaii. I don't have any other family here for support. Well, I guess before I get myself worked up I should see what he says this afternoon. My appointment is at 3:00. If you don't see me post later this afternoon, I'll be at St. Francis in Beech Grove Tania

Tania I'll be thinking about you and waiting for your post. I hope is is just a minor fix. I didn't have the band so I'm not to familar with how it works. Do you have someone to call for support? I'd like to be there for you but I'm just to far away. Wish I could do more to help.
