Hello everyone!! Feels like forever since I've been on here. Life has been sooo hectic as of late. With an absolutely horrible Valentine's Day ( for those that don't know me, hubby and I own a florist) But we made up for it in the past 2 weeks with everyday orders and lots and lots of funeral work. Every spare minute I have had in the past month has been directed to making the totes, Sherry created them and gave me the directions. I finally got them done 2 days before the shower, which was yesterday. They were adorable. I filled them with lots of pink, white, lavender candy. Speaking of the shower... Brandy, my daughter was due March 5th. Notice the word..was. lol Little Madison Paige decided to come on Feb 17th~ 6 months to the day my 1st grandaighter was born. So the guest of honor was at her own shower. She is simply adorable 6lbs 1oz and 18inches long. What a sweetie. Mom and baby are doing great. Her bilirubin was pretty high but it is now under control. Brandy found out today the baby has a hernia..Dr said not to worry about it, 99% of newborns with hernias heal with no probs. So we will keep our fingers crossed. I go back to the Dr Friday for my 1 year check up. 1 yr! Seems like yesterday. I'm feeling great, my weight is still the same as it was at Thanksgiving, so no more loss, which is good news. And I'm no longer craving sand and dirt, lol. My Dr prescribed an iron pill to be taken daily for the next 3 months. So I think it's working. So that's my life in a nut shell. I've got lots of posts to catch up on so I best get moving.... Big hugssss ~ It's good to be back, I've missed all of you!! Tammy

Congrats Mamaw!!! I LOVE being a mamaw!!! From what I hear the Dr is right the hernia should heal itself... just dont let little Madison lift anything over 5 pounds for a while !! MY little Madison might be having the Kidney reflux surgery soon.. it is a very painful surgery but it 100% cured Emily so they may schedule her... My baby shower 31 years ago.. I was watching a girlfriends new born and took him s he checked out of the Catholic hospital where she gave birth and checked into Methodist to have her tubes tied... so I baby sat a newborn in my 8th month with my first...back then they kept you a week... she was amazed I went thru a whole box of disposeables.. Hi Tammy I thought of you on Valentines since I was snowed in for 2 days and couldn't work-bummer!! Years ago I had a ice storm come thru on Valentines and ruined it for me, so I understand; thankfully you got lots of orders to take care of all those "extras"! Oh, thank you sooo much for sending me the shoes! I apperciate it so much! Grandbabies are such a joy- enjoy every minute cause they sure grow fast! Congrats!!!!I have 8 boys and one girtl- needless to say the girl is SPOILED! Feeling alittle better today and going outside for a walk- even if it is only around the block- I am so tired of being stuck indoors! ((((hugs)))) Ellen
