ins mix up

I called my insurance and they said they didn't recieve my info then It was determined doc's office sent it to the wrong location since I am an Anthem employee it goes to a different location and not the local plan. at least I didn't wait two weeks to call and realize it was not in the right place and theerefor not being reviewed at all. THe docs office faxed it over this afternoon to the right place and now we I am just waiting my answer..... this is stressful!!!...lol

well today I finally got it all worked out. I had to call three times before they found my paperwork. but now i am officially in the system and I got a call from a nurse from Anthem that has been assigned to be my care advocate seems like things will start moving now...I hope!!!!
