I am curious as to what kind of yogurt everybody eats post op. Only plain yogurt? What brands do you like the best? Thanks!

Kroger makes a yogurt called Carbmaster. It is great. I ate that post op without trouble. It has 12 g. of protein in each container and 3 g. carbs only. Its only at Kroger. I think it is strawberry rasberry peach and vanilla.

I tried the carbmaster yogurt, and I didnt think it was all that great myself. I was pretty soon post op tho, and my tastes have changed a little since then. Currently, I eat the Kroger lite yogurt or Yoplait fat free light. As long as its not real sugar in the yogurt, I tollerate it all very well. My favorites are the kroger cherry cheesecake and the yoplait blackberry. mmmmmmmm

MMM. Yes. the Yoplait blackberry is the BEST. and I used to despise yogurt. Have loved it since the surgery. It's a good way to get extra calcium and protein.

I hated yogurt prior to wls, but now it is a staple for me! I absolutely love the Kroger Lite- Cherry Vanilla, cherry cheesecake, and the mixed berry. They also have lots of other flavors, apple pie, str. banana, key lime, orange, raspberry, etc and they usually are 10 for 4.00! Hope this helps, they are YUMMY!!! Hugz Dawn

I usually stick to the light Yoplait. Sometimes I sprinkle a few grapenuts in it to give it a little crunch and something to chew on. I never go to Kroger but I might just have to go and try their brand. I've heard a lot of people really like it. Sometimes do the Dannon Light and fit. I also don't like the carb free ones. I'd rather have a few more calories in the light.

I eat Light N Fit or Weigh****chers. I like the vanilla with a few blueberries and a couple of walnuts in it. YUMMO!
