It's Sat!!

I have been invited to a great neices baby shower today... I dont even know her.. but I am going.. I get to see my sister who lives in Northern In who had surgery 5 years ago and actually 4 more sisters will be there.. kinda like a family reunion. Shirley has gained a couple pounds back in her hips I hear... going to introduce her to peperoni chips instead of potato chips!! Linda

Hello! I hope everyone's having a good Saturday. I had to get up early (ugh!). I didn't get up early enough to go to the Y, but I did get up on time, to take the kids to their lessons. Mike and Mikey went to tae kwon do, and Maggie went to dance. Now I'm at work. For 11 more hours (faint). What can you do though? It's honest money, anyways. Well, I am sure I can get most of my school work done today, so that will be good. Linda Vicory

Linda .Where in N. Ind does your sister live? I'm haveing a "clean up after animals day". After taking the car for an oil change this morning I cleaned the 9 stalls in our barn and changed out all the waters, then went to a friends to clean up after their alpacas while they are out of town today. Did a little shopping for a baby shower I'm having in two wks (for the alpaca friend). Washed my car. I'm now home and just taking a break after scrubbing down one bathroom. I need to run the vaccume in the rest of the house to pick up the dog and cat hair then mop the kitchen floor. I think that will be all for today. Are you starting to get rain yet in Indy. Looks like it is headed this way. We are supposed to get a big ice storm tonite. Hubby just went out and fueled up the generator in case we need it. We've only used it a couple of times and it has saved us. Our basement will flood if the sump pump doesn't run. Plus heat is nice when it is this cold out. The generator is wired to the sump pump, frige, furnace blower and some lights upstairs. Stay warm and dry tonight.

Linda, How long are we suppose to microwave the pepperoni chips to make them crisp? I picked up some today to try. Thanks! Sherri
