Hey carmen, Antique salts are little, usually glass salt dishes, each person had their own at their table setting, there open so you just take a pinch of salt out of it. Sarah

Sara, I have some antique salts. I have alot of antiques and one of my aunts got me them yrs ago in my favorite color(green)as a house warming gift when I bought my first home. I didnt know what they were then but love them now. As for aveda....I love their peppermint conditioner and tea. The spa Carmen and I are going to in 2 weeks is an aveda spa and they use all Aveda products and each time Im there I drink the peppermint tea...its so yummy...and Im not a tea drinker at all. I agree with u. I hate smoke ...makes your hair and clothes stink so bad. When I was younger and went to bars I would take 2 hrs on my hair to come home that night and have to wa**** before bed...cause I couldnt sleep with that smell in my hair. YUCK!!! ------------------------------------------------- Im so glad so many of you have jumped in and did this even if u didnt join the secret pal group...this is fun reading about so many things...reminded me that I forgot to mention that I collect cookbooks as well and I have 11 fish...we have had them about 3-4 yrs now. And Ive been on a kick for the last 3 yrs where I just love body butters usually get them at bath and body works or walmart...

Thanks for posting this Dawn. I think its going to be lots of fun. I love genealogy, photography, going to plays at the local Royal off the Square Theater, Grandkids, auto races, the zoo, museums etc. but i dont get out much. I collect-Marcrest daisy dot pottery, Hall, Hull and McCoy pottery. indian artifacts, old vicotrian looking plates like the brown, red and green transfer ware, quilts, rustic junk. Favorite colors-green, brown, rust Favorite stores-Kohls, Old Navy and cant live without Walmart have pets- 1 dog and 3 cats house decor- Modern Yard sale hehe favorite protein-Going to look for that Russel Stover one...... dont usually like any of it. things I hate or dislike- I dont like artificial fruity flavors, havent been able to tolerate them since surgery. I really enjoyed reading every ones responses to this. I think its going to be an enjoyable year with the New Angels. Have a great day,, Carla

Wow. You know in reading all these post I'm just amazed at how much we all have in common in likes and dislikes. It is very educational. I intend to print this post off for future reference when it gets a little further along. As far as my secret angel I think I will try to keep it a secret for a while if I can but if at anytime she guesses who I am I hope she chimes in and lets me know or if she would rather not be secret I hope she states it. As far as who has me I don't care which way you want to do it. Either way is fun. for me: Hobbies: scrapbooking colors: country blue, burgandy and sage green. collections: (many) Will Raye's, Willow tree angels, Angels of all kinds (white or off white), music boxes, and moose items. Stange combo, I know. Pets: my dog Dixie is a black lab mix. My black and white cat Mercedes (we also had a Jaguar and a BMW) and my horse Houston. Favorite stores. Scrapbook (of corse), FB, Walmart,Kohls. Fav protein is still low fat yogurt amd cottage cheese. My house is contemp/country cross. Kind of eclectic. We aren't fancy, just compfortable. I don't like people that are phoney. Just be yourself. Dawn: If you like Boyds bears you would have been in heaven with me in Pigeon Forge last November. They had a huge boyds bears store there that was going out of business. It was a gigantic barn with 4 floors of all Boyds bears. Everthing was 30-50% off when we were there. I don't really collect them but I bought several just becasue they were so cute!

Boy it sounds like we should all have a scrapbooking/looser party! I think many of us like to scrapbook! BTW I want a BMW and a jaguar! Carmen

Uh Hoh, I am so sorry that I missed the sale, but my hubby is greatful! I never collected teddy bears and then all of a sudden last year I received Boyd's Bears from 3 different people and decided to go for it! Now I am hooked! They are so cute, and I can find a meaningful use for each of them! LOL!!!Hugz Dawn

OOOOOOOOOOO this is so much fun! Favorite color: Blue House colors: Kitchen: cherry wood/black appliances. Country angels Country in the rest of the house with tans, mauves, sage (no blue in the house...go figure???)
