Hanging on baited breath for the next clothing exchange??? Well here's the info for it. Jodi, Never been to one....How does the clothing exchange work? At that point, I should be about 2mos out and might need some smaller stuff. Linda

Linda, IF you have clothes that are too big, bring them to give away. Come and get some that will fit now...and fit in the near future. For example, if you are in a 24 now, look for 24's, 22's, and 20's. When you are a newbie, once you start dropping sizes, you drop them quickly. We also have a carry-in. Everyone brings a healthy, sugar-free dish to share. It's alot of fun. You get to meet new friends, see old friends, get clothes (for free!!), and enjoy a good meal. It really is a good time. It's open to everyone, pre and post op. We have the clothing exchanges about every 3 months and they are hosted by OH members. Usually they are at a church, or some other non-profit building which has lots of tables, kitchen facilities, and bathroom facilities. Depending on the arrangements the host/hostess makes, they are located in or near Indianapolis. One has been in Kokomo, and another in Mooresville (sp?)...so they aren't all right in Indy..but not too far from it. Host/hostess are chosen just by who volunteers first. Sherri
