I need a dr that accepts sagamore plus for post op patients

I had my surgery done in yipsilanti michigan,5 years ago and I have never went back to get a check up I now live in fort wayne indiana and I need to find a doctor who would see me.......I know I have done wrong but I want to get back on track.I have lost almost 200 lbs but now it is starting to come back on and I know I need to get blood work done does anyone know of a doctor here in fort wayne? please help,Thanks Beth.please e-mail me if possible I dont get online very much but will try to check back [email protected]

You might try Team Bariatrics in Goshen Indiana. It's not too far from Fort Wayne.

you also might want to try calling your customer care number on the back of your insurance card and ask them for a list of approved doctors in your area. They'll also tell you if you need/have to have a referral from your PCP to see them first or not. Good Luck Jodi
