Thank you Deb! My Valenitine's has started off pretty good. Since the roads are so bad (and my neighborhood NEVER gets plowed), I decided to stay home and do some reading for work instead. So...hubby & I 'cuddled' up for awhile Then I made my phone calls to let folks know I was staying home. Then I checked my email..and had a very lovely eCard from hubby. He's just being so sweet today! You all have a wonderful Valentine's Day! Sherri

Gee Linda how can VD be so happy????? Oh, I get it now, VD means Valentines Day. We were going to go out for dinner but those plans have changed due to this nasty weather. We are having a great Valentine's Day, too. My husband works at Subaru in Lafayette and they cancelled the first shift today. I work at Butler University and the University is closed so we are at home enjoying the day together! A very happy Valentine's Day to all. Donna

I am at work and bored out of my mind. I need to stop this afternoon and get some steaks. I am making chocolate fondue for my hubby. I am using the dark Ghiradelli chocolate so I may be able to tolerate a bite or two.

Mel... Did you know that Hershey's has some pretty good sugar-free dark chocolate? Yummy... Sherri

Does it have sugar alcohol? I can tolerate sugar better than sugar alcohol, and I don't tolerate sugar that great. I partake in a little dark, dark chocolate every now and then. Hersheys has those little tins of dark chocolate truffles. YUM!! I eat one of those every couple days. One truffle--not a tin! Besides, this fondue isn't my Valentine!
