I just came from Kroger and they had weylers suger free drink mixes on sale. each can make 8 qrts they are usually 3.99 a can but until midnight tonight they are 10 for $10 and if you buy 10 they take $2 off at the check out. they are 5calories per serving and are sugar free and the taste better than the crystal light. I dont know how many calories are in the crystal light but I dont think 5 is too bad. unlesss any knows why i should not use these I think im going to try to get back over there and stock up. the orange is really good. but they also have cranberry, raspberry, lemonade, peach tea, and fruit punch would it be ok to stock up on these or just stick to the crystal light thanks

Kathy, Stock away...but keep in mind that taste buds tend to change post-op so you may end up with some flavors that you don't care for... and there's no way of knowing which ones that might be. But...if that happens to you, bring them to the clothing exchange & share! LOL! What you want to look for in beverage choices (especially as a newbie) are: !) Caffiene-free 2) Sugar-free 3) Alcohol-free If you have all of those three, count the drink toward your water intake. As a newbie, also avoid carbonation. St. V's usually says ok to diet caffiene-free pop after 6 months to a year. Sherri

I use those from Kroger. They are just about the same as Crystal Light. I also use the Disney sugar-free drink mixes too. Linda Vicory

Be careful! I drank so much Crystal Light early on that I now prefer my water PLAIN. Try to get the sugar-free Hawaiian Punch. It is in the gallon jug and only $1.99 at Wally-Mart. Water, Chocolate Calorie Countdown Milk, SF Hawaiian Punch, and flat Diet Caf-free Mt. Dew are my drinks of choice.

Heck Yeah!!! It's hard to find. You never see it in covenience stores in single bottles or cans. YOu can get in 2L bottles or cases of cans at Kroger, Super Wal-Mart, or Meijer's. If you venture out today, get some!!! I like to 2L because it gets flat faster.
