BUMMED

Well I was supposed to go to indy today for my preop labs but thanks to this wonderful little snow storm I had to cancell today. there was just no way I could make it on these roads. They have rescheduled me for this friday. So I go Thursday for my nutritional classes and friday for my preops. MY kids can stay the night at my friends house who will take them to school for me friday. The scheduler said I need to be at the hospital by 4 am. I know the nutritional class is supposed to last until 5 or 6 they said. that would put me home around 8:30 and have to leave around 2 to go back. so it doesnt make much sense to drive home then turn around in just a couple of hours and drive right back. I though about just staying in my car but I dont know how cold it is supposed to get. So if any know of a inexpensive hotel close to the hospital would you please let me know. this really stinks I was so excited about getting this started. now i am just sitting here today watching the ice fall.

Kathy, I really don't know that area well enough to make suggestions. What I would do though is call the doctor's/nut's office and ask them for suggestions. You will be far from their first out of towner so I'm sure they could help you out. What ever you do, do NOT sleep in your car!! TOO dagerous! Sherri

I second that... don't stay in your car! You can look online to find an inexpensive motel in Indy. I like to use cheaptickets.com. Linda Vicory
