Today is my next appt with Dr Clark. I am 6 months out. I down 50lbs but its seems that I have been down 50 lbs for months now. I think I have RNY envy. I keeping looking at it as I am down 50lbs in 6 months....when have I ever lost 50lbs in 6 months.Plus, I could be up 50lbs. I have made great changes in my life, but my weight is stuck. I will someday hit that 51lbs...52lbs...etc. I know I will.....I now Dr Clark is proud of me but help me have that strength to know what I am doing day in and day out is good. Thanks for listening to me complain.....even though I shouldn't Jennifer

Jennifer, I had RNY Envy so bad, that every time I'd have to go see Dr Clark he'd laugh at me. But I don't think at six months out I was a 50 lbs loss so HUGE HUGE CONGRATS to you girl. I do know, however, about those stalls and how when you are in one and not loosing it really messes with your mojo. Hang in there. Sooner or later your weight will come melting off again. And you know, it could be something as simple as an adjustment in the band of like .1cc to get you going again. Hang in there sweety.... I think you are doing AMAZINGLY well. Hugs Jodi

Hey you're doing great! 50 pounds is fantastic, and don't you feel so much better for having lost it? I am sure the scale will get to moving again, soon. Linda Vicory

well I am having band envy... I wish I could go in and shrink my tummy again to MAKE me remember what I have done!! I am stuck at 100 pound loss... but then i have NEVER lost 100 pounds before either... just good at gaining them i guess.. you are doing great!! it is normal for us all to want more than we have... its ok.. we will keep on loosin when we set our brains at the eat less move more mode!!
