Wow Moment

I have just got to tell you all about my big wow moment at the doctors office for my 9 month visit...I am so proud of myself. I have lost 107% of my weight and have passed my goal weight. My goal weight was set for 145 lbs and I am now 140lbs. I never believed that I would have been able to come this far and let me tell you it is awesome..So for anyone out there having doubts or even just believing it can't happen, I am here to tell you if you follow your doctors orders you will see the most amazing, gratifying results and you too will be floating on air. I will say it has not always been easy believe you me, I went through a lot of things my first 31/2-4 months but I will tell you it has all been worth it. If i had it to do all over again, would I do it? Most definately. I want to thank all of you that helped me with all of my questions that I so frequently asked in the begininng. You are all awesome and a great group of people. So with that I just want to say Thank You to all of you and believe in yourself. If you want it bad enough and I do mean truly want it bad enough it will happen. thank you again and God bless all of
