It's Monday Again

Hi Ho Hi Ho its off to work I go... I can't wait until this reorg is over and I know I have a job!! This is the week wind up before the Colts Win GO COLTS!!! Hoosier Hysteria at it's best!! ( normally dont even WATCH football) ( I'm just a very proud of my State!!) The shower is over... now we just wait for her to pop out...and of course wait for Jodi's.. Oh yea, Leahs is due sooner.. but GA is so far.. will need pictures.. I will be in Crawfordsville on Sunday visiting with my brand new great great nephew from Camp Lejune. Linda

Hey everyone- Just another Monday at my house! Nothing to exciting happening today! I have cleaning to do (always), a few errands to run, and class this evening! I may stop in target and check the clearance rack; I was told that they have some workout bras on for real cheap! I guess I will need a few that are soft and stretchy for after the surgery. I have been wondering if anyone knows a good lower leg workout. I want to shape and define my calf muscles. I have been trying to do some stair dip things, but no results! Any thoughts? The shower was so nice I just love to visit with everyone! Sherri you and Angie are so good at that kind of thing! I really learned so much and Karen that bottle trick was great! Brenda I loved the chicken!! Sherri did you make the little treat baskets? They are awesome! It didn't cross into my mind that you made them until this morning!!! What a women you are! And I really do think that was a good color for your hair! It works well with the tan skin! Everyone have a great Monday!!! Carmen

Ugh, where did the weekend go? I did nothing yesterday, stayed inside bundled in my many layers. Tried to talk hubby into being closed today..in honor of the Colts, the start of blue week..lol that conversation didn't go my way. Although I think I have him talked into being closed next Monday after the "Big Game" Hopefully we will be celebrating and not Hope everyone has a great day! Hugsss, Tammy

Good morning everyone! Today is gonna be a rough day in many ways. Jay (my son) has his surgery this afternoon at 1. He has to be there at 11, so we'll be leaving our house around 9:30 to go pick him up. I'm so glad Bill is going to be there with me. I'll let you all know what we learn afterwards. Yes Carmen, I made the little tote bags. Maybe a bunch of us should plan a craft bizaar sometime. Me with my plastic canvas, Linda Kay and her crocheting and sewing (you should see the adorable Christmas stockings she made for her grandkids!!), you & your kids with your soap making, Ken and his baking, and so many florists here! I am quite sure there are talents out there that I don't have a clue about. That's an idea we'd have to toss around some more. And of course, some of the craftwork takes time so we'd have to plan it way ahead of time to give our needles time to work their magic. Amazing how many of us tried to keep our hands from reaching for food by learning a craft, huh? Tammy...I will try to get to the post office today. With all going on with my son though, it might have to wait till tomorrow. Sherri

Another Monday. Yesterday I stayed home from the weekend job, because the kids were sick. My husband needed the extra hands to get the house in order and take care of them. I am pretty sure they just have colds, but they weren't feeling great. By the evening though, they were up and about, so I did go to work today. Linda Vicory

Monday,Monday what can I say. IT IS TOO COLD. It took me an extra 1/2 hour in the barn this morning becasue all the water buckets were frozen. I had to hit them with a hammer to break the ice then dump them all out. That is 11 buckets. I'll never get warm today. Excuse me while I put on another sweatshirt. OK that is better. Hopefully I'll have no patients show up at the office today because of the bad roads (we got a few inches of snow Sun) and the cold. Sherri you look so cute in your new pic. Still regretting not being able to make the shower. Sounds like it was a good time. Pamela, did those jeans come in the mail yet? I hate to wish the week away but I'm excited about the Superbowl for the first time. Problem is I don't care who wins. We are Bears fans from way back but always root for the Colts now also. So I guess I win either way it goes. Oh well, better do some work. There is alllllays paper work to be done. Document ,document ,document, blah blah blah.

Wow what a cold cold morning. Eghads!!!!!! Gonna spend a few hours today looking for an OB and setting up an appointment. Though I'm still having problems on where I want to have the baby at. Indy? Crawfordsville? Lebanon? Choices Choices. My mom dragged me out of the house yesterday to Walmart to look at McCall maternity patterns. She's already got me a few things going as we speak. It will be nice this time around to actually look like I'm pregnant. With Gage I just looked a little more fatter then I normally did. There are a lot of firsts with this pregnancy that I'm REALLY looking forward to experiencing. Still haven't heard from the church about a date for the April clothing exchange yet. I'm hoping to hear something by at least the end of this week. Going up to Michigan the weekend of Feb 9th to see my dad and check on his progress. He'll be just finishing a new round of gamma radation so I'm very curious as to how he REALLY is doing (compared to what he says over the phone). Have a Super Bowl gathering on Sunday to go to at my bf's mother's house. I"m looking forward to that. Gonna spend some time this morning in thought. Saying a prayer for Bill, Sherri and Jay today. Also a little prayer for emotional strenght for Darrah as she tries to get thru her father's funeral today to. Infact, I think I"m also gonna take a few moments in prayer and be thankful for my own blessings. Since it's way to cold be even be thinking of going outside today - today is a good day to be in thought and prayer. Have a good day all. Jodi
