NW Indian PS

Has anyone gone to Dr. Robert Frank in Munster, IN? I would like to have a lower body lift and am looking to have it done in northwest Indiana. Any other doctors to recommend? Also, what does it cost to have this done? I have been quoted by a doctor in Chicago for $15,000 for panniculectomy, thigh lift, lipo, and buttock lift.
