"stuck" in onederland

I finally arrived in onderland...13 days ago. I wanted to post it right away but was afraid that as soon as I did I'd pop over the 200 mark again. So I thought I'd wait a day or two. But then for 10 loooooooong days the scale read 199, 199, 199, 199... plateau!!! Then finally on Tuesday it read 198. Wednesday was 197. Today was, get this, 195!!!! Annette

Congrats! Onederland is such a great place for us to be. Many of us never think / thought they would get there. I'm telling you what tho, as soon as this baby gets here, I'm hard core back on the excersise to get to that wonderland mark. THat's when I'll get to have my PS consult. I'm pretty tall, so my goal weight is 170, so right around hitting onderland is the time to get that looked into.

Congrats Annette! Ive been stuck betwee*****nd 194 for a couple of months now, so Ive really been getting down to the nitty gritty. I upped the protein and cut out the carbs, and drinking more water..hope it works soon!! i really need to exercise more... Keep that ball rollin.... Blessings, Betsy

Congratulations! I have been hovering at 190 for about 6 weeks. This is my first "real" plateau and I am trying very hard to remember that everyone has them and they don't last forever (it just feels like it ! ). I'm very happy for you. Cindy
