edys no sugar added ice cream
I know the appropriate response is "if it's not on the yellow sheet, it does not go in your mouth".
But in Reality...
IF you choose to get some, check the calories, fat content and sugar content. 'No sugar added' is not the same thing as sugar-free. And it is not fat or calorie free. Try to find a SMALL container of 'sugar-free'..and since you aren't very far out, I'd stick to plain old vanilla and add sugar-free syrup to it if you want..and no more than an ounce or so at one serving..and limit yourself to 1 serving per day.

Tracey,
I'll have to look when I get home from work and see what kind it is I get. Blue Bunny maybe... Memory, a terrible thing to lose! I would think fudge cycles would be on the same line as ice cream. They are saying yes early out to them now? It use to be that SF popcycles only. Anyway, my advise is for you to label shop. Find the lowest calories with the lowest fat grams and the lowest sugars. I would advise anyone doing that with any product. For instance, did you know that 'Lite' canned fruit is ~110 calories a serving but 'No sugar added' is only 30-40 calories/serving? There are healthy alternatives out there for about anything...just gotta do some homework on them, that's all.

Yep, I get the Blue Bunny from walmart, sugar free. Sometimes I can tolerate it, sometimes I get the foamies bad! I dont buy it often because if its in the house, Ill eat it! So, better to not tempt myself! I keep the popsicles in stock, and the fudgbars sometimes. But the no sugar added stuff is way too sweet and makes me sick for sure!
Everybodys different though.
Blessings
Betsy
