which hospital?
Many go to St. V but not all. St. F in indy also does many and Clarion also. I was a St. V pt and have no complaints about the care I got. I feel they also prepared me for the sugery in every way. It isn't always easy but it is the best thing I have ever done for myself. It is so fun for me at work. I work in an OP laboratory. Some of the patients I see come in only every 6 months to year. Today I had in a gentleman that has not been since the end of March. He didn't think I was the one that took care of him when he was in then. I told him I'm the only one here unless I'm on vacation. He said it wasn't you, this gall was really heavy and younger with glasses. I looked back in the computer and it was me that took care of him that day. I do sometimes wear glasses instead of contacts, maybe I do look older with my face thinner but he still guessed my age today 5 years younger than I am. Some days I'm overwehlmed by the comments I get from my regular patients that have seen the changes over the past year. In some ways it is hard for me to accept the complements becasue I'm not used to getting them. So look out and be prepared for what will come. Sorry for being so long winded. congrats again.
Kathy,
LOL!!! Everyone is going to say that their hospital was best and that their surgeon was best! Hahaha!! There are some St. Francis post-ops here that had a terrific experience there, as well as Clarian. I think there's even some Community North's here. Yep, many of us did go to St. V's...and love it there.
But then, I could just be partial to the one I went to!
