insurance issue

Hello, This is my first time posting a message. I have empire blue cross blue sheild ins. has anyone else had trouble getting them to cover. They have denied my claim so far?

Teresa, After reading your post, I checked on here for what feedback people have put for Empire. There were only 2. One was an approval within 2 weeks from 11/04 and the other one submitted their paperwork 04/06 but there was no follow-up as to approval or denial. Have they given you the reason(s) for the denial? If not, request it in writing so you know what you need to address in your appeal. And do appeal. It is well worth it! Good luck, Sherri

I seen that also... no they have not given me a reason other than it is not covered under my policy. Thanks
