I can't believe it, I reached 50 pounds lost today! I am so excited. My husband suggested doing something to celebrate. I'm kind of at a loss though, because in the past, we always went out to eat to celebrate?!? Any suggestions, for a new way to celebrate? Linda Vicory

Oh Linda, how exciting!! I am sure you almost fell off the scale. That exercising is beginning to pay off for you. Can you get a babysitter? I would suggest just some alone time for you and hubby. Like Sherri said you could walk the mall together and window shop - good chance for exercise but together time too. Or you could go to a movie - I am sure the theater seats will fit better now. I agree that you need to find an alternative way to celebrate other than going out to eat. First of all, I think a lot of us used food to celebrate and could find tons of excuses to celebrate, if you get my drift. On the other hand, you are able to eat fish now. Sharing a healthy fish dinner might be a pretty cheap date if you did decide to go out. What foods did you try after going to the next level? What worked for you and what didn't? I am a little scared to try something new. The soft foods for the past month have been doing just fine. You also got a new picture. Looking great! See you next weekend. Karen

Good Job!!! I suggest sharing a special meal and enjoying your hubby, and then a movie!!!! Even though it is food, something healthy can still be had, I enjoy going to Red Lobster and sharing a dinner with my hubby, plus it is a whole lot CHEAPER!!! Let us know, what did ya decide!!!??? Hugz dawn

Congratulations!! I think going to see a movie and then having a meal is a fine idea. Nothing wrong with Celebrating with food to me...as long as the celebrations are like before with appetizer, huge meal, dessert, drink etc. You're doing great!! Sam
