Thursday..

Good morning everyone! I thought I better write now or I won't get much of a chance later today. It's going to be a busy one! Sarah, Dawn, Ellen...I haven't forgotten about the emails I need/want to write to you. It's just been here at work. I ended up here yesterday from 6 am til 5:30! Then, picked up Bill, then MIL, went to dinner, CVS, Krogers, MIL's, got gas, then finally home around 10! Darrah...you'll love this one girl...12,433 steps!!!! Boy, did I pay for it ALL NIGHT. It couldn't be helped though, that was just part of my job. Now I'm debating...do I cool it as much as I can to try not have a repeat of last night or do I keep it up and try to get the toes/feet to just get use to it? Sam....congrats on a terrific interview! I think if it were me...shoot, I KNOW if it were me, I would hire you with no problem! And it is because of your wonderful personality. Jaimee...the Fiber One doesn't have alot of flavor. I usually put 1 s&l on it or some sf chocolate. Other times, I've muched on it dry like it was popcorn. It helps with the keeping all regular, so I can deal with the flavor not popping in my mouth. I stick to the plain Fiber One...not the clusters (which has WAY less fiber and more calories per serving). On the clothing exchange....I hope there's guys that show up!!! I'm bringing Bill and he is betting it will be 30 women to 2 men. I tried telling him that more & more men come each time but what can I say...he's male... And of course, him with his bad vision...he thought he & Mark were the only two men at the ornament exchange. So I start naming off the other men...Kylie's hubby, Carmen's hubby, Ed (Angie's hubby). He was like 'I didn't see them there'. Like he could have with his vision??? So...I'm hoping that since he had his cornea transplant that he will actually be able to see the teresterone in the room! LOL! You all have a terrific day! Time for me to start packing my columns...in the chillroom (4-8 degree C)...so you know what that means! Sherri's is gonna be wishing she was warm and at her desk to her buddies on here!! Sherri

It's been a busy Thursday. Work is here too. My assistant has been hiding work and is so far behind it isn't funny. So now it's all in my office and I have to assign it to her one piece at at time. I didn't think I was hired to be a babysitter, but I guess it is part of the job description. Saw the dietician today at noon. Their scales said 203. Mine at home (naked, before breakfast and all those vitamins) said 199.8. I like mine better. They did my measurements. In the 3 months since my surgery I have lost 4 inches on my bust, 6.5 from my waist, and 7 (!) from my hips. WOOO HOOO!!!!!! Looking forward to meeting everyone on Saturday. Annette

Afternoon everyone, I am trying to figure out the laptop hubby got me for Christmas- boy, do I fast- so fast in fact that I have to delete more than anything. I am really looking forward to the clothing exchange. Sherri-my Hubby said he'd come with me!! So he will be there to meet Bill. He's shy, so they will get along fine. When I have to go in the walk-in cooler, at work, I freeze- don't know how you do it! hehe! I am trying to go thru piles of clothes he has "helped" me get together-yikes I'm going !! I will have several mens coats, size m-l and a sweatshirt up for grabs for the guys.Looking forward to seeing everyone & making new friends! See you all then, (((hugs))) Ellen
