Is there any way we are supposed to bring them?? Sorted by size? in boxes or bags? tagged? i wanna come, if I dont talk myself out of it. Im a little shy sometimes, when it comes to meeting new people, walking into a roomful of strangers, ya know??! Once the ice is broken Im fine, but Im feeling a bit nervous about this saturday. Silly I know,,so Ill just treat it like a big yard sale for previously fat people!!

Betsy, The tables are set up by size, so it'd be easier to put them on the right table(s) if they are separated by size. The x,xx,xxx sizes, just include them with whatever number sizes that was worn at the same time (ie, I wore xxx when I wore a 26). Underclothes are usually on a table of their own. I'm glad you plan on coming. Trust me, nothing to be nervous about! We all have our past/present obesity in common so we all understand where each other are coming from. Since getting involved with the OH people, I've gotten some very dear friends. In person (I'm fine online..lol), I have a tendency to be a little shy/quiet/backwards around people I don't know..and chatty once the ice is broken. OH has helped me get out of alot of that. I guess to me, the clothing exchanges kinda remind me of the church socials we had when I was a kid. Everyone brings a covered dish and everyone's talking with each other. Throw in the free clothes shopping and it makes that pleasant memory even better! I believe you'll make friends you'll have for a lifetime so yes, please do come and join us. Sherri

All we ask is everyone remember we are giving them to friends not the goodwill so no holes, stains or so out of date our grandmothers wouldn't want to wear them Bring something you would be proud to wear home. Even something for around the house... I usually pick up someones night gown or sweats it is not all just dress clothes but we try to remember that friends would be wearing them... cuz that is what we are friends.. even if I havent met you YET.. Please come!! Linda

Oh Betsy, don't be nervous. You and I may have already met and not realized it. I own the Danville Florist, here in town. You will be surrounded by friends, not strangers. Huggsss, Tammy

Betsy, We've only moved to Indy a few months ago and haven't met anyone yet. The people on this board are so nice that we're looking forward to meeting them in person. I don't like going somewhere for the first time either, so you're not alone....we'll brave it together. See you on Saturday. Floyd

Floyd, All this talk about neighbors...I believe we may be. Bill & I live on Placing, near 38th & Richardt. Sometimes our zip (46226) shows up as 'Indianapolis' and other times as 'Lawrence'. Sherri

Sherri, Ours is the same. We list our address as Lawrence, but most of our mail shows Indianapolis. Our zip is 46236. We live off Sunnyside and 79th. We must be fairly close to you then. Tell Bill there will be more men this Saturday and we look forward to meeting everyone. Floyd

Don't be shy. Besides we are friends (and neighbors), it says so on my profile. We should really get to know one another now, since we will be spending eternity together. As far as the clothes are concerned, mine are just folded and in bags and boxes. Come as you are and we will have a blast! Annette (Not a stranger...I know lots of people who are stranger than me.)

We're a fun bunch! There is lots of laughing, good food, and friends! Stop by and see the madness for yourself! I was real shy the first one I went to but I just started talking to people and wa-la now I can call them my friends. Sam
