getting started

:-p well i have done the reaserch and picked a doc and a hospital , even called insurance to see if this would be covered and it will be with proper documents from the doctor. now its just a matter of making that call to get started . i live on the west side of indy, are there any other people on this side of town that might want to start walking with me when i have my surgery?

Welcome. I don't live anywhere near Indy but wanted to say HI. I see you've chosen Dr. Jones. I didn't use her but I know many that did and they were very happy with her. Good luck in this journey, and vist here often!

Thank you all for the nice warm welcome. I have a few weeks left on the weigh****chers to go before I can get with the doc and get going but I have no fear that it will be smooth and easy. I have already called insurance and because I work for them all I need is the doc letter and documents and we get going. Most likely be sometime in late March or mid April. We are going to vegas the first week of April. I am going to try to get to the doc before then and by the time we get back I should have been approved and set an appointment for pre opp testing. I sooooo cant wait to get healthy and be a big ol looser
