Good morning everyone! Can you believe it's Wednesdy already?!?! This week is really zooming bye! It must know that we're all looking forward to the exchange on Saturday! I feel like I have 101 things to do today. Know that feeling? It's that mental checklist going into overdrive. I know I owe a few of you guys an email and I'll get to them as soon as I can, I promise! Well..best get at it! You all have a terrific day! Sherri

Good morning everyone! Its a little chillly out there this morning! I dont know if its due to the baby, or due to being minus 100 pounds of insulation this year, but I sure do seem cold a lot. Never had that problem before. Been digging through drawers and my closet and found some more stuff to take to the exchange. Oh, and I can't bring my pumpkin bars, due to us not having an oven at the moment. two days after Thanksgiving (and thank GOD not before then, Id of been upset with a 13 pound raw bird in my oven) it just decided that it wasn't going to work anymore. The burners work, the broiler works, the oven wont come on. And its a gas stove, so im too paranoid to really let my husband play with it too much in fear of him blowing himself and the house up. So at some point I need to go shopping for a new stove. So I'll prolly just bring a meat/cheese platter. Or if I can talk hubby into going to the store for me, maybe I can make my parfait type desert thingy. I'll have to play it by ear. My mom used to make the parfait thing, and it never really had a name, but everything that's in it can be done sugar free. FINALLY got some arrangements to get that bed over here made yesterday. I had a little feeling it was going to work out yesterday. So saturday at noon it is coming to my house. And then hubby and I will be headed to the exchange. That meant that I finally got hubby moving on getting our new bedroom/baby's room going. He moved all the furniture and i vacuumed and steam cleaned the carpets. Got him to put the changing table and crib together (finally). I cleaned out the baby's dresser (which used to be mine) and put all the baby clothes up. The most fun I've ever had cleaning. My nesting urge must be kicking in.

Happy Hump day! I hope everyone's doing good. I'm doing pretty good. Down 44 pounds as of today. Hip Hip Hooray! My left shoulder has been sore since lifting weights Monday night. I hope I didn't hurt something. It's not terrible, just sore, so I'm probably fine. I am really looking forward to meeting all you guys, but let me tell you, it was hard to go through my clothes last night. This huge mix of emotional and scary. I was practically in tears, even though I know I don't need those clothes anymore. Has anyone else experienced this? Linda Vicory

Congradulations Linda, you are moving right along. I am down 87 lbs so far. I go and see the Dr on Friday for my 6 mo check up. I know it will be 7 mo but I had too many things going on last month I had to change my appt. I am really looking forward to seeing the Dr and how they think my progess is going. I went through all my clothes last night as well and I am personally glad I am getting rid of them that chapter in my life it gone. I now have the problem looking at my new clothes and holding them up and saying I can wear that?? it looks way to small for me to wear then I put it on and low and behold it fits.....lol. WE all have our moments when we go through our old clothes. My boss is taking us all out the Cheesecake Factory for lunch today yummy. Its our late Christmas Lunch our dept had people out sick and vacation so we decided to hold off until now to have it. Well I hope everyone has a great day and thank heavans its Hump Day....lol Bonnie

Good morning all, Sherri....Happy Hump Day! This week must be going fast because we are all excited about Saturday. Darrah....it's not a little chilly, it's downright cold! I never got cold before the surgery, but now I can never get warm. It doesn't help that I work in the basement of our building. I got so cold earlier, that I put my coat on, but then I got warm enough to make me sleepy and was falling asleep, so thought I'd better take my coat off. I guess after losing 140 pounds, I need to take the bad with the good. Linda....it was hard getting rid of some of our favorite clothes, but a good feeling at the same time. Brenda keeps telling me that I'm too old to wear tight clothes, but I've never been this thin and it feels good. Bonnie...Cheesecake Factory...mmmm. It's my favorite restaurant and it's not because of the cheesecake. I always get the same thing every time tho. Enjoy!! Everyone try to stay warm. See you on Saturday. Floyd

I'm in the same boat as you and Darrah. I am ALWAYS freezing! People laugh at me at work because I went from having my fan on 365 days a year to wearing 2 sweather. I joke that I lost a few layers of blubber that was insulating me! Keep Warm!! Jaimee
