Protein powder!!

I have this lovely way about me that every single time I have a surgery, ANY surgery, my darn taste buds change. This has happened only since my RNY. I'm also a creature of habit and when I like something, I stock up. Of course, it happened to me again with these foot surgeries. So....how about trying out a new protein powder..cheap! I have three (3) unopened, brand new 2lb containers of Elite pina colada juicer powder. I purchased them through BariatricEating for the regular price of $26.95 plus s&h each. Right now, they have a holiday sale going on with it being $17.95 plus s&h each. If interested, you can buy them from me for $15 each...no s&h. I'll bring them to the clothing exchange. I'll also be bringing some protein bars...some from BariatricEating, and some not. Those, you all are welcome to. Same thing for some generic crystal light that I'm clearing out of my cabinets. It can get expensive having a picky set of taste buds!! Bad for me, good for you all!! Any $ for the protein powder will go into my AchievOne funds...lol. Dawn, Not a problem sweetie. There's plenty of the generic CL tea mix to keep you in tea for quite awhile! Sherri

Sherri, Have you tried the protein mix? As you know, I am having a difficult time with the protein bit, and I have at least a month or so to go before I can stop the protein drinks. Let me know. I have one can of this and one can of that, sooner or later, maybe I can find one I can stomach. Thanks Dear.

Beth, The protein mix I have use to be my protein mix of choice. I loved the stuff...which is why I had ordered so many big containers of it. I had started off with five of them in this order....lol. When I had another surgery though, my taste buds changed and I just couldn't handle it anymore. Sherri

Hey All! For the clothing exchange, let's make it a what-ever you don't want and someone else could use exchange! So... Bring your unwanted Protein what-ever's (Drink, powder, bars) Bring your unwanted Vitamin what-ever's Bring your unwanted mixes (Crystal Light, CIB, powder milk, etc) I'm sure someone would want what-ever is brought! If you want $$ for it, put how much & your name on the container. Be on the honor system folks. If there's a price on it, find that person and give them the $ for it...k? I'll bring a box, and all the 'free' stuff can go in there. If it's in there and you want it, it is yours! BTW...IF someone happens to have any AchievOne that they want to part with, let me know for how much...ok? I love the stuff and I have to order soon (only have about 24 days worth left) and would rather buy what you don't want and help you out. I hear yah; I took stock in a few things but then all of a sudden it no longer tastes good. If that ever happens to us with AchievOne we'll both be up a creek without a paddle! I'm freaking out now because I am down to 1 1/2 cases and they are all out of stock. No one sells it in NW Indiana so I have to order it. Jaimee
