CPAP question

For those of you that had to use one, how long after surgery was it before you didn't need it anymore? I'm just curious. I'm ready to get rid of this sexy mask

the next day!!!! i have slept like a baby since the day after my surgery..i would wake up and know i had slept..

My pulmonary specialist wanted me to wait until I lost at least 100 lbs before trying to sleep without it. I've lost ~170 now and dh says that there are nights when I probably should still use it..but don't. I would ask your doc. Sherri
