Just back from Carmel....

I just got back from Carmel, seeing Dr. Inman and the dietician. Things went great. Weighed in having lost 29 pounds at the dietician in the am, then got smart and took my keys out of my pocket when I saw Dr. Inman, and weighed in having lost 31 pounds. Yippee! Visited Karen... She is looking really out of it. Very tired. Her family's there for her though, and that's good. I hope she gets to feeling better soon. Linda Vicory

Congratulations Linda. What an awsome start. I've always found that the scales at Dr. Inman/Evanson office have always weighed me 1 pound lighter that those at St.V. But what ever the number it feels great to be going down. Keep up the good work. Hope Karen rebounds quickly. I'm looking forward to meeting her at the support group meetings.

Way to go Linda thats a great start. I am 6mos out and have lost 82 lbs so far. Thank you for the update on Karen as well, I hope she is able to rebound and enjoy Christmas. Bonnie
