Karen Wing Update

Hello This is Micah Farmer, Karen's daughter. She went in at 8:30 this morning her blood sugar was 142 so they said it was okay for her to go. She was in surgery until 11:00. Dr. Inman said she did well. She had a crack in her spleen from a prior gall bladder surgery. They are giving her a 1 unit blood transfusion in recovery. Otherwise she is doing well, I haven't been able to see her yet but she should be in her room by 1:00 or so. Her room number is 265 at St. V's. Mom wanted me to thank you all for the support and the cards she recieved at home. She got 3 yesterday right when she needed the support boost. So thank you on her behalf. I will keep you all updated as I know what's going on. Please keep her in your prayers. Micah
