Well I didn't get a call from Dr. Inman's office so I assume surgery is on as scheduled for tomorrow morning. I am trying to stay busy so I don't have time to think. I'll post myself when I can, Meanwhile, my daughter wil update Sherri and she will let you all know how tomorrow goes. You all polish up the bench for me, okay? Karen

What bench?!?!? Heck girl, when you get on this side of losing, it's walking shoes that are polished up instead! What time is your surgery scheduled for? Is Dr. Inman going to do a DS on you or RNY? What's your daughter's name so it'll click on who she is when she calls? LOL!! I know, questions!! Haha!! Good luck, breathe deep, and get ready to learn what living is really all about! Sherri

Hi Sherri, I guess that is right, I will be able to enjoy a walk rather than needing to sit. That will be a definite new one for me. I need to be at the hospital between 6 and 6:30 with surgery scheduled for 8:30. My daughter's name is Micah Farmer. I am having a RNY distal surgery, even though the papers I got from Inman's office yesterday has me down for a rny revision. We'll have to talk about that in the morning. I am calm, nervous, excited and scared all at the same time. I am sure these feelings are normal. Talk to you soon. Hope Bill is recovering well. Karen

Karen, I want to wish you the best tomorrow. I'm 19 days post-op and still off work, so things from right after surgery are still very fresh in my mind. If you have questions, feel free to ask them. I've done alot of question asking myself. And just think, by this time tomorrow, the surgery will be over and you will be on your way. Again, all the best to you.
