MY WOW MOMENT IN CHURCH TODAY
I just have to share my WOW in church today. Ann and I attended our previous church where she was singing today. Now most folks there knew I was going to have WLS but have not seen me since surgery.
You should have seen the looks on their faces when I walked in. People were in shock. They just could not believe what they were seeing.
I told them that the 2005 Model Packard was a large full size, the 2006 Model Packard is a mid size, and next year they will see the 2007 model which will be a compact.
It sure is reassuring to see people who have not seen you since surgery.

How fantastic! That is a WOW moment to record for some encouragement later on. How is your back doing since you got the last shot? I have degenerative disc disease and I know what back pain is. We have not met yet. I hoped to meet you at the ornament exchange. I live just south of Fort Wayne and my surgery is scheduled for Wed. at St. V's with Dr. Inman. I am having some blood glucose problems, so I have my fingers crossed that surgery will happen as planned. Maybe I will make it to the clothing exchange. Merry Christmas. Karen
Thanks Karen and a Merry Christmas to you also. As regards to my back and the injection, it seems to be holding on the right side. Dr Levine found on the MRI that I had a couple of twisted nerves and went deep in toward the spine to get the medicine to them. He will work on the other side after the first of the year. I have suffered from degenerative disc disease for many years now. The older I get the worst it gets.
Since I am also diabetic I understand your glucose problems. Jus****ch what you eat between now and surgery day. Has the doctor uped your medication in preparation for surgery. I know mine did. Now I only take about 5 percent of what I took at that time.
Best Wishes
