Surgery Date 12/26/06

My first activity in the Message Boards. I'm getting ready for surgery, tomorrow I have an endoscopy. I don't like that tube down my throat, but I'm trying to think positive, that I'm fortunate they are looking down there before they do anything. I'm excited, but nervous!! I need to get a before pic taken. I can't even figure out how to put a pic in my profile! See you all later. I appreciate everyone on this site begin open honest, and sharing. This site has helped me so so much, and I'm sure it will continue to. Beth

Thanks Everybody!! I had all my pre-op testing today and I am going to St. V's tomorrow for the nutrition class. My husband is going with me in case I forget something. I have to say that I am getting even more nervous as it get's closer, and I have to admit, I am hoping everyone is not suffering from a hangover after Christmas day and they are on their best toes while caring for me... Hmmmm, I don't think they would do it if they didn't have the appropriate people there.... Just worrying. My surgeon is Dr. Cacucci. Thanks Again, all prayers are welcome !!! Beth
