Update on Gail

I talked with her earlier today. Her spirits are sounding better. The good news is, another surgeon took a look and ordered an endoscopy, she was only at a size 2 for her opening, they said she should be at a 7, so they stretched her, she said she is able to keep some food and fluids down now, but is still scared to try, afraid she will keep vomitting, plus while I was talking with her the oncall doc came in, he looked at her incision and said he was ordering a wound specialist in for tomorrow, so it does sound like she is finally getting some results, this time. She is pretty discouraged with her surgeon, she said he did come in to see her, but he never even asked to look at her incision!!! UUGGHH!!! She wanted me to thank everyone and let them know she doesn't know what she would've done without the support that she has received along with the prayers and well wishes! So, THANK YOU!!!! from both GAIL/I, it is appreciated!!! Mariah, she was so happy to have you visit!! Jan, she said to tell ya her tree is up and the ornament she loves! And that your wonderful Dr. E, is the one that did her endoscopy and had her stretched! There were others that she has mentioned, please forgive me, it was an emotional time and it is now about 3:30 in the a.m. and I wasn't able to sleep, so I am on and doing my updating and catching up! wonderful wonderful, just wonderful news...get her tended to and hope she is home so santa can find her.....plus so she can stay home and just be a WELL loser, and join us at the next clothing exchange.. has she not had an endo before now? do you know dr clark likes to still look at my scars? LMAO every time he has seen me, and ed...i think he is a belly button freak, LMAO...oooh i see i am gonna be having a good day....i think some of those surgeons, just think about the surgery, and thats as far as they know....anyway, thank God things are happening for her, and she is getting some action.....

YOU really ARE and angel!!! Thank you sooo much for keeping up with Gail.. I loved her the minute I met her and wish I could make the drive up there to St V.. but darn it I just dont drive 465!! and the back roads there I just haven figured out yet.. I gotta get a map.. I had a MAJOR accident 27 years ago and broke the whole left side of my body and spent a month in the hospital and 2 more months on crutches.. damaged my knee the one I FINALLY got replaced last year and so I am VERY shy of driving fast. ALWAYS give her my love and tell her I am praying for her and I am the smile she feels once in a while... Linda

Is Gail still in the hosptial? Hopefully now she will be able to keep things down and that will help with everthing else. She was in good hands if Dr. E did her. I have so much confidence in that man I'd let him do anything for me. Plus he has a wonderful bedside manner and is very genuine about it. (and he ain't to bad to look at, if I were only 20 years younger and single ) I'm anxious for her to get home and get back on here to chat with us. Dawn thanks so much for keeping us updated.

Carmen, Sounds like Mary Brown will be so jealous that Gail got scoped by Dr. E. She might have to change Drs too!!! She was so funny Tues drooling over him.... She never did say if she got her "engagement pic" put in the paper and what the date of that wedding would be. Dawn, Please tell Gail Im thinking of her. I miss her posts too! I dont have my cell phone this week so I havent been able to call her back since my visit with her. Andy lost his cell phone so he took mine to LA with him..Its been really weird not having a phone. Im glad that Gail finally got something done and can be on her way to mending. I wish she had a dr that took time and cared about her from the beginning. Shes suffered for so many weeks now. I hope she will be feeling better and get to go home soon. Jan...guys these days like those older experienced women. Besides I bet u could give Dr. E a run for his money. .LOL Have u dont any scrapbooking lately?

Thank you, I think its a bit blurry but I didnt know how to fix it. The original that u took of me and Dr C is clear but when I cut that out and changed it to the 100 megapixels it looks totally different.
