My Eyes

has any one had thier upper eye lids done? i am having the lose skin taken off mine on Monday. I am very excited about it. I have always had saggy lids but after losing 106 lb. they are soo bad and my eye Dr. ask if it othered me and i said yes so he ran some tests and sent the results to Insruance and they are covering it. just wondering about swelling and bruising, of course the Dr. just says "every one is different" .. i know that but in general wonder if the swelling is bad.. wi**** were a tummy tuck but I'll take eyes for now. I have been so blessed to have came as far as i have i cant complain about any of it. You all look so awesome in the party pictures, wish i could have came but our local abate has a christmas part for Head Start kids every year and it was last nite.(I work for Head Start) They are such an great bunch, each Head start child and all their siblings got gifts and each class was given a gift certificate with the remainder of the money raised to buy what ever the teachers think is needed for the class room. Last year we got a fish tank with all the goodies and some other toys. This year we got even more money than last year so we will go over our wish list. Jackson Co. Abate has been doing this for 19 years and it gets better for the kids every year. If you see one of them any where give UM a big Ole hug . they are such a charitable bunch and do so much for the community. (toy drives food banks etc.) Have a good evening. Carla

Cool Beans!! I am a member of Morgan Co ABATE.. I ride a Heritage Softtail. I had a Honda but when hubby gave me the Harley I scheduled surgery.. cant be fat and ride a Harley.. now could I? Linda My bike has WINDY written on it..

Carla my mom had this done a few years ago over the summer as did one of her close friends. I don't remember her swelling too bad but I do remember her looking like someone socked her pretty good in both eyes. Kind of like racoon eyes. I think I even have a picture of it. I'll see if I can dig it up this weekend. Sam
