Gas with Vitamins?????
Ok I have a question. Does anyone have any gas problems with any of the vitamins that they are taking? Here is what I take:
Zinc 50mg (1 daily) B1 300mg (1 daily), Biotin 5000mg (1 daily), Flaxseed oil 1200mg (1 daily) B 12 1000mg (2 times a week), Flinstones w/Iron (3 daily).
Any suggestions on what to take to help with the Gas??? I guess I should be happy they aren't deadly......

I think most of us have gas issues. I didn't see calcium on your list. I hope that was just an oversight. Citrical (3/day) is what was recommended to most of us since it is in the correct form for our bodies (calcium citrate instead of calcium carbonate). Once the surgeons switched to citrical, many people saw a decrease in the gas issues they were experiencing.
