Baby Shower Questions

Okay, so I've been getting several emails about when a baby shower will be. When I say I'm pretty new to the whole baby thing, it's not an exaggeration. I've never even BEEN to a baby shower, so I don't really know what happens at them, or how to plan one. The only thing I've heard is that you arent supposed to plan your own. I dont really need anything exciting or fancy, the only friends i really have are from here and like 2 or 3 other people. So could someone let me know what goes on at these things and just how I'm supposed to plan one, without planning one myself (I dont get that), We arent looking at having one (if at all****il late januray / early feb. Hope that answers all the questions, cause its the best i can do when I have so many myself. Hehehe.

Darrah, When is that beautiful girl expected to come? What days are you off of work and would be available? Would you email me your friends names & email addys (or phone numbers if they aren't online)? Would you also email me the places you are registered at? Hmmmm....I think that's about it. Now, Mommy, you sit back and allow your friends to take care of the shower and all of it's details, ok? Sherri

Count me in Sherri, I love baby showers and i love all those games. i done games for my daughter in laws party and we had a blast.. cant beat um to get a bunch of grown women to laughing their butts off. Carla

I planned a baby shower last year and we did the neatest thing, I bought 2 packs of onsies in white cheap ones are fine, buy puff paint and everyone decorate one and make it personal for baby and mother. Then you keep them as is or baby box or have them made into a quilt . It was a great idea and everyone loved to see what the next person was doing.
