i made the pumpkin cheesecake!

i made the splenda pumpkin cheesecake! it was costly but awesome. Thank you carmen. does anyone know why we can not eat pop corn?

. Hi Traci I agree so yummy!!! I never heard that we couldn't eat popcorn. In the book from my Dr. It says starting at 4 months out we could have some dry air popped corn, once in awhile. I do splurge on the carbs and have some once in awhile. But I cheat and make the 94% ff microwave kind

well I am not 4 months out yet, but when I am I will be looking for the ff popcorn, i didnt even know popcorn was fatting besides the butter. which I guess is a big yummie! Thank you
