UPDATE ON GAIL O. ~~ DESPERATE PRAYERS NEEDED!!!

~~ UPDATE ON GAIL O. from Indiana ~~ Gail has been re-admitted to the hospital this evening. She is still not able to keep anything down including water. Her open RNY incision is still leaking and oozing really bad and not healing at all. She is staying completely nausiated. Hopefully they will keep her there this time until her issues are resolved and she can begin to recover. They have changed her anti-nausea med since readmitting her and she told me it is helping her some. And they gave her some pains meds and she said that is helping some also. Please continue to keep Gail in your thoughts and prayers. She is beside herself with emotional distress over this situation. She really needs all the support and prayers she can get. Thanks so much for keeping us updated. She is definitely in my prayers and I wrote some encouraging words for her. Hopefully a wound specialist will be called in this time and things will begin to take a turn for the better. God Bless You for being such a dear supportive friend. Karen

Hi Apple Pie, Thanks so much for posting! I too, just spoke with her. I am so glad that she went back. I hope they figure something out this time instead of sending her home with no clue! She so deserves to be on her way on a healthy new journey, hopefully soon these bumps on her journey will be over and she can enjoy the wow moments and rewards that she has been looking forward to! Hi Dawn, I told her that she needs to advocate for herself that she doesn't want to go back home this time until they have things resolved... she is strong willed and I know that she WILL pull through this. I think the world of Gail also.. is a very dear frieind of mine. ((((hugs))))

I really hate that Gail is having such a rough time. I posted a message on her support page yesterday. She is in my thoughts and prayers and I have been thinking about her often. I hope they get things fixed for her and that she will be feeling better real soon. Kylie

I'll be there tomorrow for a check up. I'll be sure to go visit her and let her know how much we are all concernd for her and praying for her.
