Im looking for a doctor.

Hi, I was wanting to know if anyone knew of a doctor in Illinois,Kentucky,Indiana,or Missouri that would take a Medicaid card so I could get a Gastric bypass. Thanks

Most of the surgeons that I know of that take Medicaid only take Indiana Medicaid. SO if that's what you have just call the customer service number on the back of the Medicaid card. Good Luck Jodi
