GUESS WHO HAS A JOB???????

Thats right...start the 27th providing i pass the criminal back ground and drug test..unless all these vitimans count against me i will be just fine...it is very close to home...can wear jeans....it is a day care for mentally handicapped...will do activaties and keep them busy..and the Y is a place some of the more high functioning ones go to....and they watch and do excerise tapes....so i will be all for that... going to be hard to know if i am a client or the worker...LMAO....so i will fit right in....I am excited for a number of reasons, i had a retarded sister i lost 5 years ago....and they are so rewarding and loving....they cook one day a week...how neat for them....

Sweet tweety, That is just awesome!! Before I moved to Indiana 4 years ago I drove a School Bus for Special needs children and let me tell you it was so rewarding getting to work those kids. I loved evry bit of it and I certainly do miss it. I had all walks of handicapped kids on the bus and each and eveyone of them were special to me. I rremember these twin boys that were seniors on my bus and they used to bring me flowers all of the time. They would always say we love you dawn. It takes that "Special" person to be able to work with them and I will never forget one of my kids. have fun... to you Dawn R

Angie Best wishes on your new job. That will certainly be a very rewarding job. My daughter-in-law works with handicaped guys who are in there own home. She brings a couple of the guys up for an outing to Kokomo and I really enjoy visiting with them. Dan
