I'm going to my PCP on Wednesday, hoping to get a referral to Dr. Burry. How long do you think it will take to get it??? I'm so excited, I want to get things going!!

I went to Dr Throop in Evansville my insurance payed better for St Mary's. I didn't have to get a referral from my PCP. I just had to go to the seminar and start the process but every insurance is different. Good Luck Tina

How did you like Dr. Throop? I haven't talked with anyone who went to him. I am trying to collect all the info I can before making a decision. Karen

I really liked him. The way they do it is you don't see him until you've been approved. Until then you see Dr Royalty and she's really nice and gives the most thorough exam I've ever had. They are really flexible with schedules (which is important to me) and they have a really good program. Tina

Karen, good luck with your appointment. Everyone is different with their doctors and insurance. I did not have Dr. Burry as my doctor but he does assist Dr. Throop in surgery. Good luck and feel free to contact me with any questions you might have. Misty
