My oh my-

Hi everyone, Today I had an Endoscopy & Colonoscopy within 15 min. apart! Yikes- thankfully I was asleep!!! I have been having some pain in my side & diarrea. I DIDN'T have any polyps this time- just scar tissue.I guess my IBS is flairing up when I try any roughage- lettuce;cauliflower;broccoli; you get the idea. I miss my salads. All the Endo found was I needed alittle stretching- which was good,& all is fine. I have to say I don't want to do 2 things like that again! I hope to get on here more often & think of you all. My family life has been pretty hectic lately, with helping the 4 grandsons. Have a good day, (((Hugs))) Ellen
