I am so glad I took the kids for trick-or-treating last night. It's raining and cold today. We got so many kids at the house, we are going to have to buy more candy for tonight! Surgery is three weeks from today, and I am getting excited and nervous. I am feeling nervous about, am I really going to be able to do this? What if something happens to me during surgery? Those kinds of things. Dr. Inman seems to have done alot of surgeries though, and I felt really confidant with her when I met her at the consultation. Linda

Good Morning, Hope everyone stays as dry as possible today! Looking forward to the trick or treaters tonight! Linda- these feelings are normal, sweetie! Just be comfortable in the decision to have the surgery and know that you have decided this for the right reaons and God will take care of the rest! It is a nerve racking experience, first waiting for approvals and then waiting on the surgery date to arrive and then the challenges we all face in the beginning of our new wls life, hang in there, it is so worth it! I am almost at my 1 year surgiversary, I can not believe it has been almost a year already! We all go through some bumps along our journeys path, but it is an awesome feeling when you reach every single WOW moment - both big and small! Good luck to you! Hugz Dawn
