Monday...

Good morning everyone! Yeah, I know. It's almost noon now (10:10) but looks like we're all a little slow with our general today! LOL! I started cleaning out our guest room yesterday to make room for my craft stuff. I took the day off today so I can fini**** & work on a report for work. There is just too many distractions at work to get things like reports done there. I have a meeting in the morning about it so I pretty much HAVE to get through it today. The countdown till Friday is on! I am finding myself making all these darn lists of things to do! 6 weeks is SO LONG to be grounded. I know I'll be able to drive a little quicker this round, but walking is still going to be a bear. I put the few pics I have from Lexi on my profile & in my picture trails. Morning everyone. I got up at 6, but when back to bed about 7. Just got back up and still have a heache. Darn these headaches! Friday is gonna be a busy busy day! My hubby and I have eye dr appts in the morning, ultrasound at 130, OB at 2, and then we go to his moms to let her be ther first to see the ultrasound pics. Then its back home to make sure the house is ready for my friends to arrive on Saturday. I've been looking forward to this weekend for so long I can hardly stand it! (sorry, Sherri :P) I know my dog is looking forward to the weekend being over soon so he can get the lampsahde off his head and his staples out, which I am looking forward to too. H'e such a handsome dog, it breaks my heart to look at his face and see staples in it .

What's going on Saturday? This is the first I heard of it. I hope someone calls me and let's me know what the sonogram shows. I won't be able to check my email for a few days..so call me Saturday or Sunday, PLEASE... My daughter has a baby boy that is almost 9 months old and my step-daughter has a baby girl that is 14 months old. I bought a ton of clothes for each of them when they were newborns and many of them had never been worn...still has the tags on them even! I told them to hang on to them because I know where the clothes are going to! Just need to know...pink or blue! Have fun Saturday. If it's a baby shower, hope you get lots of good stuff! Let me know what else you need, k? If I could be there, I would. I'll be in la-la land with liquid Tylenol w/codiene (loratab gives me insomia) so I can't say I'll be thinking about you, but I will be once the cloud disappears from my brain! Sherri

No, no baby shower Not planning on having one I don't think. Other than people here, I dont really have any friends out here, and id feel very awkward saying HEY EVERYONE! COME BRING ME STUFF! My best friend and his wife are coming into town from KC Saturday for a visit, and I just cant wait, they will be here til wed or thur. SO thats what im getting my house ready for. hehehe. I appriciate any baby donations hopefully the little critter is cooperating and wants to show us what it is. ill make sure i post when i get homes so someone can get you a call saturday

Hey Darrah, I moved all the little ones around at my house and you can come and get the crib anytime you want. I know you are having car issues and Dad issues so if you need me to bring it to you let me know. OK! Just ask. I also have a few other things that you may want. What a Monday morning. I went in for my doctor visit with my family doc. He wanted to check my blood sugar. The finger stick test came back 137, they said that was somewhat high, so I had to go another blood test that looks at your long-term levels. They just called that was high normal. They said normal ends at 6.1 and mine was 6.0. So I may be getting surgery just in time before diabetes sets in. Linda

Thanks Carmen We should be getting our car back tomorrow!!! So I'll prolly try to give you a call next week sometime to come get the crib. Hubby is on vacation next week so that should work out well. Thanks again so much for all the stuff, used doesnt bother me at all
