I hope everyone's ready for the weekend. I, unfortunately will be working all weekend. I got my FMLA papers yesterday, and sent them in to HR. I am really on my way! Linda

Hi everyone, I can't believe I am on here during the day, & no one else has dropped by yet! Today, I am taking my grandson for his senior photos, then to the mall. I plan to do a lot of walking & of course he wants to "shop till you drop" -yikes!!! $$$ ( good thing he has a job!) I saw Dr. Inman yesturday & got a new photo . I hope it is posted on here soon. Down 115# to date. The bed news is I'm going for an endoscopy 'cause I started having problems with pain. Also she is going to check for an ulcer. Dr. Gupta is going to do a colonoscopy also-yuck!!! That I am NOT looking forward to. Poor Hubby, he will have to take care of me twice! I hope everyone is having a good day, even though it is gloomy/rainy. (((hugs))) Ellen

Hello Everyone, I've been so busy at work for the last week, I've barely been able to get on here to read any of the posts, let alone write one! Mariah - I got my gloves. Thanks for sending them. You really didn't have to overnight them, but I appreciate you sending them back so quickly. I'm such a ditz sometimes. I was just concentrating so hard on remembering to bring the coat itself, I never thought to check the pockets! Thanks again. We met with the attorney Tuesday on my mother. It looks like we will be able to get her settled in the nursing home sometime in November or December. It will be better for her not to have to go out in the weather everyday between my house and my sister's. One of the things the doctors are worried about is her falling and breaking something. That would only make things worse for her. This way, she will be safer than she can be with us. Have a great weekend everyone! Cindy
